FAQ

I need a stamp with our company name. How much is that?
Answer: Send us the text you want on the stamp along with the logotype, if you also want that on the stamp. The stamps come in numerous sizes and models and we can suggest the best one for you and then give you an exact price.

In which format should I send my logotype to you?
Answer: We accept most formats, but prefer AI, EPS, CDR or PDF. TIFF and JPG images are also ok, if the quality of the picture is good. The resolution should be at least 300 dpi. We cannot use pictures downloaded from the Internet, since the resolution is too poor. Send us your logotype by email at info@stampelfabriken.fi.

Which colors can I choose from?
Answer: The pads come in black, red, blue, green and violet.

I do not have my logotype in a digital format, what to do then?
Answer: Send us you logotype on paper and we will scan it.

I already have a Trodat stamp, but it has run out of color. Can I fill it up with color again.
Answer: You do not fill it up with color, but you replace the pad inside the stamp. You can order the replacement pad from us.

How do I replace the pad?
Answer: Press the stamp down about 3 mm and push the buttons in the sides. Turn the stamp and push the button on the front. The old pad will come out on the back. Remove it and replace it with the new one. Press the spamp down again to unlock it. The stamp is ready to use again! You find more datailed instructions on Pad replacement.

How long will a stamp last?
Answer: Normally the stamp will last for many, many years. Depending on how often you use it, you only have the replace the pad every now and then and you will have a stamp for years to come.

We have a spamp but we changed the phone number. Do I have to buy a new one then?
Answer: No. We make you a new text plate for the stamp and you can easily replace it yourself. Replacing the text plate, you always replace the pad at the same time.

What is your delivery time?
Answer: Normally we deliver in 2 - 4 business days. Large orders are delivered in about a week.

How will the stamp be sent to me?
Answer: We send stamps by mail on a daily basis. If you prefer a different way of delivery, please let us know when ordering. Of course you can always pick up your stamp directly from us, you find us on the industrial estate in Malax.
